The amanita balm works great. We are very used to having to get a steroid/ muscle relaxer combo from PCP when sciatica flares but this time the balm just worked. Also used on tennis elbow. Without being very knowledgeable about the product but extremely knowledgeable about meds I compare it a bit to lidocaine. Trying the mushroom superfood as well. No jitters. I’m very sensitive to supplements- even natural… this superfood has no bad stomach, vagal nerve or brain discomfort.
